Kahlo out to Frida fans
This latest bag is made of navy blue metallic laminated Washpapa* and waterproof fabric printed with Frida-alikes surrounded by flowers.
I will not write a lot because I think that a picture is worth a thousand words and these photos speak for themselves.
The bag is fully lined with a matching pattern printed lining. It has one internal pocket and one external zip with two zipper pulls.
It can be carried as a handbag or can be turned into a shoulder or cross-body bag thanks to an adjustable strap.
The printed fabric panel is framed with orange colour pompoms, which give the bag more folky character.
The bottom of the bag is re-enforced with a set of silver coloured feet that match the rest of the hardware.
The bag will be available in my Etsy shop soon.
*Washpapa is a non woven, durable material manufactured in the EU and known as a washable/craft paper or vegan leather. It is a waterproof mix of paper and latex. It will age and crease within time and that is a natural process for this material. On this laminated version the metallic layer may naturally crack during the usage and it is normal process for this type of finish. It doesn't weaken the material, only adds individual features like in worn out denims. The paper is Oeko-Tex and a Forest Stewardship Council (SCS) for wood product certified.
