Watercolour Monstera Leaves
Although autumn is coming soon, I am still in summer mode, or maybe I just try to brighten up my days by choosing colourful summery fabrics and projects.
I equipped myself with an amazing hand-press machine, so I was desperate to come up with a project that would involve eyelets. A drawstring bag seemed to be an ideal option to start with.
This bucket bag with a 24cm diameter and 34cm height is quite generous in its size. The round bottom of the bag is made of Aged Red Washpapa and reinforced with metal bag feet.
I had a choice of died Washpapa to match with this Watercolour Monstera Leaves fabric, but you know my love reds - it almost always wins.
I think the dark red gives a nice frame to the bright print.
I added a metallic ric-rac trim and a tassel charm. Also, how do you like the new design of the tag with my logo?
The bag is lined with red lining and has a small internal pocket to keeps bits and bobs handy.
The bag is available in my Etsy shop <here>
