Sommar season bag
It’s forever Sommar with this rope-tie/drawstring backpack.
The
Ikea cotton fabric in black, grey, white and red has a native American
look about it. It’s the closest I can get to a suggested inspiration,
but maybe you can think of something better.
Whether
you are wandering the Andes, exploring the local forest, or just
pottering around the supermarket, this could be the bag for you.
The
base is strengthened with aged Washpapa Sahara separated by a cute
little ribbon border, while the lining is beige with a pocket.
The inner cotton fabric also comes from Ikea. I like using their fabrics not only because of the amazing quality and designs but also because Ikea is a member of the Better Cotton Initiative. 'The Better Cotton Initiative exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector’s future, by developing Better Cotton as a sustainable mainstream commodity.'
