Simulated Snakeskin Hip - Purse

Ever wanted a snakeskin purse but didn’t like the idea of an animal losing its life as a result?

Well, this one is like no adder as no reptile had to bite the dust to make it.

 

As tempting as that apple in the Garden of Eden, this little charmer is only 15cmx11cm.

 

Made with a slither of Colourful Snake Skin LaminaWashpapa, its design was inspired by an item I spotted in the Czech magazine, Marina Quilt.

 

Open the metal turn/twist lock clasp and, inside, you will find a black and white cotton lining that contains a little pocket for your mobile or other items.

 

Wrap it round your waist with the belt of black cotton webbing tape, finished with snakeskin detail, and you’ll have all the bad girls hissing with jealousy.

It’s a purse with plenty of bite but without any of the cruelty.
