Dragonfly Summer Bag
A new scientific report suggests climate change is
unfortunately killing off a lot of insect species, but here’s a new one of my
own - the giant gold and silver dragonfly. And it adorns my latest bag made of
eco-friendly Black Shine Washpapa.
This is no ordinary dragonfly, with Swarovski
crystals and Czech glass beads, each lovingly hand-stitched, sparkling richly
in the sunshine as it spreads its wings and stretches its body.
The dragonfly, the design for which I found in a
book called “Papercut Woodland”, was painstakingly hand cut from Gold Shine and
Silver Antique Washpapa.
The bag is fully lined and has small pockets to keep your phone or pens handy.
It is all elegantly finished off with tortoiseshell
(vegan-friendly, of course) acrylic handles.
Whether you want to glide down the catwalk or swoop
down the high street, this stunning bag will give you wings, to quote someone
else’s catchphrase!
